Great app but a few annoying things

All in all it’s super great and I highly recommend it!!! It hasn’t made me a body builder but this lovely couple gets me moving when it’s so easy to do nothing. Just 2 things that get annoying after awhile. 1. Go to start a workout to find there’s no warm up. Walk back over to my phone, exit the workout, search for warm ups, try to find one that looks like it will be warming up the correct body parts. Do warm up. Now go back to my phone, exit workout, go back to programs and select my workout. Work out done! NO WAIT…no cool down either?? Go back to my phone, search for cool down video, then do said cool down video. OK, now I’m really done. Too much work…please go back through all your old workouts and add warm ups/cool downs on the days where it’s an old video. 2. In a recent iOS update, I constantly get a notification that I don’t have notifications turned on. I know this and that’s how I prefer it. I don’t need a reminder 3 different times while doing one video. It’s just more clicks. If you want to remind me, maybe limit it to pop up 1x after each iOS update or something?? Besides that, app works great. Keep doing what you’re doing. #MAHA

I love the duality of male and female / easier vs hard. The options make me feel more confident to try all the moves. 100% recommend for all levels of fitness regardless of age

The best workouts

I used to use Beachbody on demand. I noticed I wasn’t excited to use the workouts. Then I found HasFit. The no repeat workouts, the Quick Look before hand, description of what you need and all the modifications, I love that Claudia is right there and you can always see her for modification even though I try to do what Kozak is teaching. I love the realness of Coach Kozak & Claudia. They remind you it’s ok to be human but to never give up.

Awesome Program

I have done P90X and T25 back in the day. But HasFit blows them all away. The versatility and available routines is amazing. As I aged I was able to adapt and keep up the same intensity. Thank you Coach and Claudia.

Best Workout Program

I’ve enjoyed HASfit workouts for several years but this year I started the Vitality Program for men over 50 and it has been amazing. I have five more days to go and I feel better than I’ve felt in 20 years. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia!

Faithful Houston HASfitter

I have used HASfit for a couple of years now and I love it! This app is an example of how you can get a good workout in and not spend a ton of time doing so. I mostly do workouts that are only 20 min or so, but there are many various routines and programs to choose from. The workouts are well rounded in scope, so cover just about anyones fitness goals at any stage of their journey. I especially enjoy that almost every workout has a preview beforehand so that I know what to expect. Another good feature is that some workouts are standing only which is a great option to utilize when traveling so I can workout without having to get on a hotel floor. Coach K and Claudia are informative about form and what muscles are being worked as well as likeable companions to workout with. I could go on and on….highly recommended!!

Increase strength

HASfit has helped me strengthen my muscles. I started using the app about six months ago after receiving a poor bone density test. I can feel and see the difference. Thank-you!

Love it!

Love the positivity, the modesty, the science bombs! However, I really want some new dumbbell moves! There’s a ton of variety in the video selections, but I feel like it’s just the same moves over and over in a different order. Please add new moves 🙏🏼

Motivational and Effective

I absolutely love doing workouts with HASfit . I love the coaches positivity and motivational comments throughout the workouts. I have been using the app for a month and I am feeling differences in muscle tone.

Great senior workouts

I’m a 71 year old woman and not in the best of health but I am able to do the 20 minute exercise for seniors with no problems. I enjoy the workout and plan to try some of the other ones soon. Thanks for the great videos, I appreciate you guys!

Love Claudia and Coach Kozac!

Absolutely love the HASfit app; the casting to TV works perfectly! I’ve been doing one of their programs for a little over three weeks, and I can already tell a huge difference in my strength, energy, and appearance. Coach Kozak and Claudia are adorable and funny and truly keep me motivated. I cannot recommend this app enough!

Sciatica

I have been doing the 20 min exercises for sciatica for 2 weeks. I have noticed some improvement. I’m excited for even more improvement over time.

Not For Me

Even though I entered that I don’t have equipment, every time I do a search, I get workouts with weights. I would love a simple yoga, Pilates, wall Pilates would be great. I don’t enjoy hiit and that seems the majority of the workouts and the hand weights which kill my elbows.

So Worth It!

I started with HASfit while I was completely crippled by sciatic nerve pain. I found them on YouTube. I will admit that in the beginning the exercises were very painful but I listened to Coach Kozak and was patient. In a few weeks (not an overnight cure) I was pain free. I have branched out to their weight training programs now, and joined their annual subscription for $50. You don’t have to but these guys deserve the support! They are encouraging and really elevate my fitness. I’m 66 for reference and getting stronger thanks to Coach and Claudia.

The best workouts

I love HASFit! I’ve followed their workouts for years. I love that they can be done by most everyone with their adaptions. I’ll be turning 70 later this year and i hope to continue working out with HASFit for many more years to come. 😊

Sciatica

At age 81 this is my first experience with sciatica. I am doing the 20 minute sciatica pain relief exercises. It helped me right away. I really appreciate the research they have done to attack this from all different angles. I will continue with this as I now realize I am weaker on the right side. Thank you.

THE best fitness app

When COVID hit and my gym closed, never to open again, I was a little lost with what do for a workout when there wasn’t a ton of machine around. My acupuncturist suggested HAS fit and it was the best recommendation ever! You want a HIIT workout? They have it. You want to weight train but are new at it? They have a workout for that! You want to improve flexibility? They have that too! Just a great app all around. Coach Kozak and Claudia are the trainers you need- motivational without being in your face and barking exercise orders. I love their routines so much I bought the full app over a year ago and still use it 4-5x/week. Investing in this app is like investing in yourself.

Get a subscription

These plans work really well for me. I do 4-5 times per week and have lost weight and feel much better. I would suggest any one just using the videos to purchase a plan. It’s inexpensive and keeps you on track better than randomly searching for videos to use for work outs.

65 year old retiree loves HASFIT

I just retired and one of my retirement goals was to start a fitness program and stick to it. Most of the beginner programs I tried online were way too advanced for me but HASFIT is perfect with Coach Kodak demonstrating the more challenging move and Claudia showing the easier (not easy) move. I am making time every day to do 30 minutes on my elliptical and 30 minutes daily for the HASFIT Beginner foundation program. Try it- you will find it rewarding and you will feel the change in your body and mind

Hasfit at 66 years young

I discovered HASFIT about 3 years ago, and it has been a great tool for losing weight and staying fit. It is a wonderful resource for clean, effective weight training and all around fitness. I love that Coach and Claudia are a young family and real people. I am blessed to have found this tribe, and I am happy to support them. Over 60 and in great shape

I’ve been using app regularly since the pandemic. I have incredible strength and flexibility and nothing helps me trim those extra pounds off quicker. I only use 5, 8 and 10 lb weights. I do the tougher workouts but the workouts for seniors are challenging as well. Thanks for keeping me in great shape!

Back at it!

I started working out in 2020 with Hasfit, losing 70lbs. I had a back injury that caused me to stop working out. Ive been working out with Hasfit for 2 months now on my own. I just purchased the App and can’t wait to get back in shape. I can’t workout with any other trainers. Best training ever!

Professional and fun

As a retired personal trainer, even I get tired of planning my own workouts and like so many others, am often pressed for time. Additionally, I’ve had some surgeries that make some workouts impossible. HASfit is easy to follow, has a variety of workouts, and meets my needs! I’m grateful for the ability to go to my app and find something I can ( and WANT) to do!! Modifications are offered if needed, which of course I would know how to do so anyway, but others might not! Great job!!

Great Workouts and Programs to follow.

I’ve been following one of the programs and feeling great. Losing those extra pounds along the way is an added bonus for me. I like not having to decide what workout to do each day. I can also find alternative workouts when traveling with no equipment and often times in a hotel room with limited space.

These routines work great for total body workouts

We had been watching HASfit workout routines on YouTube, but this app is so much better because of its categorization of workout types, you can easily bookmark your favorites, it is easy to search for specific durations and types of workout that you want to do that day. There are also programs for every individual and their fitness goals. We have used the app religiously for 90 days, both my husband and I have lost fat, gained strength and the best part, we workout together 3-5 times a week. We even have to invest in heavier weights!

It has workouts for every need! I just wish there was a way to connect with people through the app so share progress.

Long-term Success

I have been using HASfit at home for years and love their workouts. I am almost 50 and love to do activities like water skiing and downhill skiing. The HASfit cardio and strength training programs keep me in physical shape so I can keep up with my teenagers.

Clunky on IPad

I like the workouts and will probably revert to YouTube. The app doesn’t render in a landscape setting on an IPad. I travel for work and wanted to use on IPad.

You’re the greatest!

Been with you for at least 8 years now. Husband and I both 80. Love having a variety of programs to choose from. We never get bored . Love being able to do this right at home and feel we get a good workout for cardio and strength. Love the new HIIT program too for beginners. So grateful to you two helping us stay fit and flexible!

Game Changer for Recovery from Injury

I fractured my shoulder last September and have been very frustrated about my limitations. I did some research on YouTube and came across HASfit. They helped to supplement my rehabilitation process, and got me back to lifting weights after the doctor cut me loose. Since I truly had to start from the beginning with strength training again this was the absolute best approach without injuring myself again. These are true professionals that know what they are talking about. Also, the price is so economical for what you get in return. Thank you to my coaches! Much love to you both ❤️

Trustworthy Friends

I have been doing HASfit workouts for years. I love that Coach Kozak is creating the workouts from extensive understanding of our physiology and tells us the benefits of each exercise. The workouts are challenging and also doable for a a whole range of abilities. And it’s fun and be on the journey with Coach Kozak and Claudia. In addition to the great workout, part of the reason to come back is for the fun of hanging out with them again!

Excellent app

The workouts are great and easy to follow. I love the explanations provided and have already lost 2 pounds in the week and a half I’ve used the app. If you are new to working out I strongly recommend the beginners programs as they ease you in gently with just the right amount of work to cooldown ratios. I was sore for maybe a day for most workouts, but that got better after the occasional rest day.

Wonderful for this beginner

45 days in using the monthly Foundation and already noticing the difference. Thanks Coach and Claudia! One question and one request… Q: Does each month get progressively harder, so that if you started as a beginner in January, then April is more intermediate and December even more advanced? Request: Sometimes I have to interrupt the workout and then go back to it. When this happens and the app is closed and re-opened, it doesn’t remember where I was in the workout video. Can that be added?

Awesome Good

Coach Zack and his wife are amazing coaches on YouTube and I enjoyed it. Follow them and keep it up and keep on continuing the stretching. I enjoyed you guys with the chair stretching and the standing stretching.

Love them, and one point of improvement

I love HASfit and have used their workouts for years. One point of improvement: accurately describe the duration of your workouts. Please tell me, for example, why a “20 minute” workout is 32 minutes long? I’m trying to budget my time, and this isn’t helpful.😅😅
