When COVID hit and my gym closed, never to open again, I was a little lost with what do for a workout when there wasn’t a ton of machine around. My acupuncturist suggested HAS fit and it was the best recommendation ever! You want a HIIT workout? They have it. You want to weight train but are new at it? They have a workout for that! You want to improve flexibility? They have that too! Just a great app all around. Coach Kozak and Claudia are the trainers you need- motivational without being in your face and barking exercise orders. I love their routines so much I bought the full app over a year ago and still use it 4-5x/week. Investing in this app is like investing in yourself.

These plans work really well for me. I do 4-5 times per week and have lost weight and feel much better. I would suggest any one just using the videos to purchase a plan. It’s inexpensive and keeps you on track better than randomly searching for videos to use for work outs.

I just retired and one of my retirement goals was to start a fitness program and stick to it. Most of the beginner programs I tried online were way too advanced for me but HASFIT is perfect with Coach Kodak demonstrating the more challenging move and Claudia showing the easier (not easy) move. I am making time every day to do 30 minutes on my elliptical and 30 minutes daily for the HASFIT Beginner foundation program. Try it- you will find it rewarding and you will feel the change in your body and mind

I discovered HASFIT about 3 years ago, and it has been a great tool for losing weight and staying fit. It is a wonderful resource for clean, effective weight training and all around fitness. I love that Coach and Claudia are a young family and real people. I am blessed to have found this tribe, and I am happy to support them. I’ve been using app regularly since the pandemic. I have incredible strength and flexibility and nothing helps me trim those extra pounds off quicker. I only use 5, 8 and 10 lb weights. I do the tougher workouts but the workouts for seniors are challenging as well. Thanks for keeping me in great shape!
I started working out in 2020 with Hasfit, losing 70lbs. I had a back injury that caused me to stop working out. Ive been working out with Hasfit for 2 months now on my own. I just purchased the App and can’t wait to get back in shape. I can’t workout with any other trainers. Best training ever!
As a retired personal trainer, even I get tired of planning my own workouts and like so many others, am often pressed for time. Additionally, I’ve had some surgeries that make some workouts impossible. HASfit is easy to follow, has a variety of workouts, and meets my needs! I’m grateful for the ability to go to my app and find something I can ( and WANT) to do!! Modifications are offered if needed, which of course I would know how to do so anyway, but others might not! Great job!!

I’ve been following one of the programs and feeling great. Losing those extra pounds along the way is an added bonus for me. I like not having to decide what workout to do each day. I can also find alternative workouts when traveling with no equipment and often times in a hotel room with limited space.
We had been watching HASfit workout routines on YouTube, but this app is so much better because of its categorization of workout types, you can easily bookmark your favorites, it is easy to search for specific durations and types of workout that you want to do that day. There are also programs for every individual and their fitness goals. We have used the app religiously for 90 days, both my husband and I have lost fat, gained strength and the best part, we workout together 3-5 times a week. We even have to invest in heavier weights!
It has workouts for every need! I just wish there was a way to connect with people through the app so share progress.
I have been using HASfit at home for years and love their workouts. I am almost 50 and love to do activities like water skiing and downhill skiing. The HASfit cardio and strength training programs keep me in physical shape so I can keep up with my teenagers.
I like the workouts and will probably revert to YouTube. The app doesn’t render in a landscape setting on an IPad. I travel for work and wanted to use on IPad.
Been with you for at least 8 years now. Husband and I both 80. Love having a variety of programs to choose from. We never get bored . Love being able to do this right at home and feel we get a good workout for cardio and strength. Love the new HIIT program too for beginners. So grateful to you two helping us stay fit and flexible!
I fractured my shoulder last September and have been very frustrated about my limitations. I did some research on YouTube and came across HASfit. They helped to supplement my rehabilitation process, and got me back to lifting weights after the doctor cut me loose. Since I truly had to start from the beginning with strength training again this was the absolute best approach without injuring myself again. These are true professionals that know what they are talking about. Also, the price is so economical for what you get in return. Thank you to my coaches! Much love to you both ❤️

I have been doing HASfit workouts for years. I love that Coach Kozak is creating the workouts from extensive understanding of our physiology and tells us the benefits of each exercise. The workouts are challenging and also doable for a a whole range of abilities. And it’s fun and be on the journey with Coach Kozak and Claudia. In addition to the great workout, part of the reason to come back is for the fun of hanging out with them again!
The workouts are great and easy to follow. I love the explanations provided and have already lost 2 pounds in the week and a half I’ve used the app. If you are new to working out I strongly recommend the beginners programs as they ease you in gently with just the right amount of work to cooldown ratios. I was sore for maybe a day for most workouts, but that got better after the occasional rest day.
45 days in using the monthly Foundation and already noticing the difference. Thanks Coach and Claudia! One question and one request… Q: Does each month get progressively harder, so that if you started as a beginner in January, then April is more intermediate and December even more advanced? Request: Sometimes I have to interrupt the workout and then go back to it. When this happens and the app is closed and re-opened, it doesn’t remember where I was in the workout video. Can that be added?
Coach Zack and his wife are amazing coaches on YouTube and I enjoyed it. Follow them and keep it up and keep on continuing the stretching. I enjoyed you guys with the chair stretching and the standing stretching.
I love HASfit and have used their workouts for years. One point of improvement: accurately describe the duration of your workouts. Please tell me, for example, why a “20 minute” workout is 32 minutes long? I’m trying to budget my time, and this isn’t helpful.😅😅
My fitness instructor recommended the app but I just want to try the free workouts first and it’s too pushy! So much it locked up my iPhone with ads!!! I have 3 stars because I like the Kozak couple but still feeling out the workouts. Not as good as a live class to me!

If you are just starting your fitness exercise or even if you are a professional you will love the workout programs. I’ve been doing them since October and I love it . I definitely see changes in my mobility and strength. I even have some muscles now. I started on YouTube but decided I needed more guidance so I signed up for the guided program.
I love HASfit and their app makes sticking to and organizing my workouts a breeze. Thank yall so much for this gem!!!

Im a 50 yr old male with little time. I find all of these workouts super beneficial. On top of that, they’re motivating. The coaches are very personable and human beings. I love em. Keep it up hasfit. These are my go-to workout routines when im at home or on the road

I’ve been using this app for about a year. This app keeps me exercising regularly. As a 68 year old who has come through breast cancer and a knee replacement, I wanted something to keep me active and healthy and something I can easily do for 30 minutes 5 days a week in my own home with a couple weights and a chair. I love that I can do the modifications if I need to. I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time! I feel like you truly care about people just staying active and healthy. I had been looking for a while for an app that gives me exercises that are possible to follow and for 20 or 30 minutes. Wonderful to have both of them showing us the possibilities. I am turning 70 in a month and my goal is to maintain my health and keep moving. 😉
I’ve been a fan of theirs (Coach Kozak and Claudia) for some time. The app functions smoothly and gives me a massive library of workouts to chose from. I travel for work so this gives me options on the road. The search function is a great tool to find the right workout
I have moved to Hasfit from a prior app. I love the format of this app so much more. Instructions are clear and modification a plus. A must have app!
My husband and I have been doing HASFit for the last couple months and have subscribed. We are both getting into better shape and have noticed that! We love working out together and love working out with Claudia and Coach Kozak. I recommend this app for anyone! They have lots of programs and resources. They also have beginner and modified exercises and programs! You won’t regret it!

I discovered HasFit on YouTube when my gym and the world shut down in March 2020. I had checked a number of programs out but I had not observed such a thorough carefully curated program. I quickly uploaded the app, and I found that there were programs for every part of the body and level. And of course, there were no more ads from YouTube. I have completed several programs several times. I am 68 years old in December and I follow mostly the strength training programs. I do go to the gym for cardio several days a week, but I always come back to HASfit . Coach Kozak and Claudia do a great job of demonstrating each exercise before the start of the program and you can go at your own speed. And the app is chock full of all kinds of exercises, stretching programs, core programs, and I think it’s one of the best exercise programs I have followed over the years. I am really proud to say that I have been following HASfit faithfully since 2020. And I am strong and confident in what my body can do for me as I get closer to 70. I highly recommend the app to people ages
You guys make really great workouts when my mom found this app she asked me and my brother and we tried it out and ever since then we have been doing this amazing workouts
