Great App!

I love it! Only comment I have is that there should be a opt out button for when you go into the Fitness Programs, once youve read the message the first time, it should just open up to the list the next time. Thanks for the great workouts!! Im just finishing week 2 of the Low Impact Beginners workout and I can already feel the difference!
